William J. Gros is a trial attorney focusing his practice upon the defense of medical professionals, nursing homes, health care providers, and other professionals.  William also defends individuals and corporations in personal injury and premises liability cases.  William has extensive experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions.  He has considerable knowledge in all segments of the pre-trial process including, discovery management, motion practice, the taking and defending of depositions, and consulting with experts witnesses.  At trial, William has experience preparing motions in limine, trial examinations, and jury instructions. William uses his knowledge and experience to vigorously defend clients through all stages of litigation.

At The John Marshall Law School, Mr. Gros served as an articles editor, and later executive board member, on the Review of Intellectual Property Law.

Mr. Gros completed his undergraduate studies at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. He graduated with a degree in chemical engineering
